WW2 Oat Cookies
3rd Mar 2019
Primary 3/4 have been learning about Rationing as part of their topic 'WW2'. They found out that during the war some cooks used inventive ways of making their recipes taste a little nicer by adding carrots to cookies, potatoes to scones and oats to sausages!!
The class enjoyed making their own oat cookies using a WW2 recipe...and you guessed it...all clean plates!!!
