Congratulations to all the pupils who took part in the Mangahigh Maths Challenge which took place during Maths Week Ireland in October. Holy Family beat many schools coming 13th place overall. Well done!
The children thoroughly enjoyed participating in the maths game-based learning which is fun and exciting. Pupils became very competitive and enthusiastic to beat their top score and many worked late into the night to achieve their personal bests!
Special congratulations to Bebhionn Rogan and TJ Hill who came 3rd place and 7th place respectively overall in Mangahigh, competing against many schools throughout the British Isles.
Well done to Key stage one pupils (P1 -P4) who participated in their own class in Maths Week. Investigations and Number trails were carried out in relation to our school's 50th Anniversary celebrations. All pupils thoroughly enjoyed practical games and tasks.
