Primary 1 had lots of fun making Gingerbread Men as part of their Fairytale Topic. We talked about the ingredients and utensils and measured out what we needed. Then we decorated some ready baked Gingerbread Men supplied by Jeffers Home Bakery in Lisburn. We really enjoyed eating them too!
