Children's Mental Health Week 1st-7th February
This week is Children’s Mental Health Week. This provides an opportunity to shine a spot-light on the wellbeing and mental health of all pupils. Whilst the children have shown great resilience in the way in which they have adapted to home-learning we are mindful that this time of uncertainty may be unsettling. The theme of Children's Mental Health Week 2021 is 'Express Yourself'. On Friday 5th February we would like to celebrate 'Feel Good Friday' in which the children can 'Dress to Express' themselves. The children could dress up in their favourite clothes or a fancy dress/superhero costume. Anything that makes them feel good! They could also do something that makes them feel good on Friday such as doing an art activity, dancing, singing, baking, going for a walk, playing a sport, or maybe writing a poem or story.
