This week we have been focusing on alliteration. Pupils in Primary 4 studied the poem 'Bear in There' by Shel Silverstein, who uses many examples of alliteration to describe a bear who raids a fridge full of food. After writing alliterative phrases, pupils were then asked to create their own poems about an animal that invades their fridge.
