The P1 children had a fabulous time celebrating ‘World Book’ day on Thursday 3rd March 2022. The children dressed as a favourite character from a cherished book. They enjoyed chatting to their peers about their choice of character, often recommending the book to a class mate. As part of the celebration, the children had a visit from ‘Harry Potter’. The youngest children in the school paired with the oldest children, to engage in reading a picture book. The P1 children also received 2 picture books, to add to their own personal library. They will take thhome in their red folder on Monday.
