Primary 6 thoroughly enjoyed a visit today from Gary McKinney, the author of ‘Travis the time traveller and the terrifying Titanic’. We enjoyed reading this storybook during our Titanic topic and P6 had many questions to ask Gary about being an author and his inspiration for writing. The class completed some writing activities for starting a story and story prompts. Thank you to Gary for taking the time to visit our class and inspire the boys and girls to write their own imaginative stories.
